Great location near main attractions, quiet family room, good sound isolation, clean and quiet rooms, helpful staff, rooftop breakfast with views.

Felt very lucky to have found it, no complaints at all.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. Firstly, the location was absolutely perfect - right in the center of San Marco, surrounded by affordable restaurants and just a stone's throw away from St. Mark's Square. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, showcasing the charming Venetian rooftops. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and polite, making me feel very welcome during my stay. Lastly, the rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with attention to detail that made it feel like a 5-star experience.

To be honest, everything at the hotel exceeded our expectations. The location was superb, just a stone's throw away from the famous Rialto Bridge. We were pleasantly surprised that it was also away from the busiest areas, offering a peaceful retreat. The room and bathroom were tidy, well-maintained, and had all the necessary amenities. The staff provided excellent service, always ready to assist. Breakfast was a delight, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. Plus, the view from the rooftop terrace was breathtaking.

We absolutely loved our stay in this cozy hotel. The location was ideal, as it was so close to everything we wanted to see. It was a bit difficult to get to with our luggage, but that's because the water taxis didn't want to come up the small canal adjacent to the building. However, it was worth it once we stepped inside. The room had a nice historic feel with the old wood furniture and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the service from the staff was excellent. The breakfast selection was delicious, with a variety of breads, meats, and cheese to choose from. Plus, the staff made sure everything was well stocked. it was a great find and we would definitely stay here again.

The only downside was that there was no view from the window, but that didn't matter much to us since we were out exploring Venice most of the time.

During my recent stay at this hotel, I was delighted by the great location, just a short walk away from popular spots. The breakfast provided was enjoyable, and I especially loved the powerful shower in my room.

There was one aspect that was a little disappointing. The room I was initially assigned was quite dark and had a cracked basin, but the hotel staff promptly addressed the issue and moved me to another room which was much more comfortable and clean.
